The entry for Sunday, August 28, 2005 (the day before Katrina's landfall and the storm surge that put 4 to 5 feet of saltwater from the Gulf of Mexico in my home):

Oh, my. There is no explanation for that, is there? I stopped by to see if you had posted because sometimes Bloglines doesn't kick in right away. Out of curiosity I clicked on your Katrina Diary. I am going to read it from the beginning to the end. I had no idea....
